When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items listed. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
 

3.3 AVAILABILITY
 

Our products are subject to availability. We are a small-batch bakery and some items may sell out. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
 

3.4 PICK-UP AND COLLECTION
 

The Boat Shed Bakery operates as a takeaway-first venue. Orders placed online are for collection from our premises at Queenstown Marina unless otherwise specified. We do not currently offer delivery. Collection times and instructions will be confirmed at the time of order.

3.5 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
 

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@boatshedbakeryqt.co.nz or 03 441 4658. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments can be made once an order is in preparation.
 

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you receive a product that is incorrect or does not meet an acceptable standard, please contact us within 24 hours of collection and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

4. ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
 

We take allergens seriously. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
 

If you have a severe allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us directly before ordering. We will always do our best to provide accurate information, but customers with life-threatening allergies consume our products at their own risk.
