Baked by the lake

We’re The Boat Shed Bakery, baking fresh on Queenstown Marina, serving coffee and pastry with the best view in the world (as voted by us).

We opened in 2024 with a simple plan to bake the good stuff, pour great coffee, and make “just one” a very optimistic choice. We’re big on quality ingredients, local suppliers, and pastries that look as good as they taste.

If you like your croissants perfectly layered and your coffee served with a waterfront view, you’ve come to the right place.

The people behind the pastry

We’ve got a team of bakers and baristas who make the waterfront smell very hard to ignore.
